BEREDA A long-time resident of Albuquerque, went to be with her Lord on June 6, 2011. Bereda was a loving wife and mother who had a passion for cooking, sewing, and crafts of all types. One of her greatest pleasures in life was sharing one of her handmade gifts of love with someone she cared for and in many cases, those in need. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed. Bereda is survived by her husband of 33 years, Myron Ertel; son, Joseph Pleaska; daughter, Renee and husband Jerry Pogan; son, James Blanton and wife Susan. She also leaves eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Hoffmantown Church on Saturday June 11th, 2011 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eagles Wings Youth Ranch, PO Box 465, Mountainair, NM 87036.
