Juan A. Mena, 96, took his last breath surrounded by his loving family and was welcomed into our Lord's arms on Friday, May 6, 2011. Juan was born on February 14, 1915 and lived a life filled with wonderful adventures. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Maclovia; sons Juan De Dios Mena and fiancee Patricia, Francisco N. Gonzales and wife Abigail; grandson Francisco and wife Catherine; and four great-grandchildren Luis, Iris, Evan and Isel; as well as many other relatives. Services will be held at The Door, 6000 Central SW (Central and 61st) at 4:00 pm on Friday May, 13th with reception following services. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be welcomed by the family.
