Robert (Bob) J. Lachance, age 51, died suddenly of a heart attack on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. He was a native of Albuquerque and was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Marion D. Lachance. He is survived by his sister, Peggy Montoya; brother-in-law, Dan Montoya; and nephew Tony Montoya all of Albuquerque; and niece Danielle Montoya of Brooklyn, NY. He also leaves behind his beloved stepson and stepdaughter Ryan and Ashley Ostrum of Albuquerque. He was a master mechanic and made many friends throughout his career. He was a loving, kind, and generous man, was loved and will be missed. Cremation has already occured. Services will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 12500 Carmel Ave, NE, on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Rosary is at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m.
