Nancy Leone Nohl passed away peacefully, from complications following surgery, on March 24th, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Nancy was born on December 23rd, 1941 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Fred and Margaret Nohl. She graduated from Albuquerque's Highland High School in June of 1959, continued on to the University of New Mexico and followed in her mother's footsteps by pledging Kappa Kappa Gamma. Nancy married the love of her life, David in December of 1977 and proceeded to travel the world with her husband and children as a loving and adventurous military family. Nancy is survived by husband David; her children Chris and Jennifer Sanborn; her daughter-in-law Paige Sanborn; and her grandchildren (Lauren) Mackenzie and Austin Sanborn. She is also survived by her brother James Nohl; her sister-in-law Karen and her niece and nephew Kristi and Scott Nohl. Nancy will be laid to rest at Fairview Memorial Park.
