Debra Ruth Mensching, (1959-2011) passed away on March 31, 2011. Debra is survived by her daughter Amanda Renee McCafferty; brother Charles E Mensching (and wife Tracy); friends and family. Debra was an avid animal, balloon fiesta, and music lover. She was also a garage sale enthusiast.
