Robert B. Lillie, 81, resident of Albuquerque since 1961, passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Joan B. Lillie; two sons, David Lillie and wife Carol and Mark Lillie and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Megan Smith and husband Aaron, Bryson Lillie and wife Sarah, Colin Lillie and wife Heather, Laura Farris and husband Damien, and Steven Lillie and wife Andrea; great-granddaughters, Lily Farris and Makenzi Lillie, and one brother, John Lillie and wife Joyce of Indiana. Robert was preceded in death by his parents David and Grace Lillie. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force and worked for Insurance Services Offices for many years until retirement. Cremation is taking place and a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 10000 Candelaria NE. Robert will be laid to rest at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Should friends desire memorial contributions in Robert's name may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church.
