Raymond Donkersley was born in Liverpool, England, January 18, 1928 and passed away March 27, 2011 at age 83. Ray is survived by one sister, Margaret H. Donkersley, Mariposa, CA; his wife, Evangeline; two sons, James, Keith and wife, Linda; two grandchildren, Ashley and Michael; sisters-in-law, Ramona Valerio and Derek Workman, Connie Martinez, Rose Diaz, husband, Chris, Col. Lydia S. Collins and Col. Mike Ewens; brother-in-law, Victor Martinez, wife, Barbara; and many nephews and nieces. Ray was a member of the Democratic Party in Bernalillo County where he served as ward chair in the 1970 for 28B. He was also a member of the County Central Committee. Ray was executive director for Customwood Mfr. for 19 years. After retiring, his son, Keith, and himself operated K&R Mfr for 20 years.
