Corina E. Mora, 80, was born January 31, 1931 in Placitas, New Mexico and passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 in Albuquerque. Corina enjoyed keeping busy cooking, traveling and picking pinons with friends and family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Oracio Mora and daughters, Rita Canham and Gloria Marquez. She is survived by her son, Martin Acosta and wife, Lucille of Bernalillo; grandchildren, Sharon Mora and husband Joe, Jacquelyn Acosta, Janice Baca and husband Brian, Lori Canham, Amanda Lopez and husband Johnny, Veronica Acosta, and Kristi Canham; 12 great grandchildren and many other family and friends who love and will miss her. Services will be held on at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino Del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 12:00 noon. A private family burial will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be interred with her late husband Oracio.
