Frank Richards, born January 19, 1940, passed away on February 16, 2011at the age of 71. He died from heart failer. He is an angel now protecting all of us. He is gone but will never be forgotten. He was married to Cecilia Richards for 50 years. They had three children Frank Richards, Jr, (Sadie), Michael Richards and Celestina Richards; he also had two sisters, Sally Keith and Maryann Dobson. He also had 16 grandchildren, Melisa Quintana, Erica Richards, Angelina Jinzo, Frank Richards III, Anthoney Jinzo, Lucy Jinzo, Tasha Richards, Sara Richards, John Ortega, Matthew Ortega, Joshua Ortega, Gabriella Ortega, Armando Richards, Pablo Richards, Even Gonzalez, Selena Gonzalez; and 11 great-grandchildren that loved him dearly.
