Frank Richards passed away on February 16th 2011. He was 71 years old he died from heart failer. He is an angel now protecting all of us. He is gone but will never be forgotten. He was married to Cecilia Richards for 50 years. They had three children Frank Richards JR Michael Richards and Celestina Richards; he also had two sisters Sally Keith and Maryann Dobson. He also had sixteen grandchildren Melisa Quintana Erica Richards Angelina Jinzo Frank Richards 3rd Anthoney Jinzo Tasha Richards Sara Richards John Ortega Matthew Ortega Joshua Ortega Gabriella Ortega Armando Richards Pablo Richards Even Gonzalez Selena Gonzalez and eleven great-grandchildren that loved him dearly.
