Helen H. Teetor, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1961, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She is survived by one son of California. She was preceded in death by four infant children and one brother. Mrs. Teetor was born in Walker, MO and graduated from high school in Harwood, MO. She married Joseph Teetor on April 17, 1938 in Pappinsville, MO. Mrs. Teetor joined the WWII Effort and made High Explosives at a Defense Plant in Kansas City, KS. She moved to New Mexico in 1957. In 1961, she moved to Albuquerque where she worked for Albuquerque Public Schools and several private schools. She was very active in her church, Monterey Baptist Church. She was also very active in serving the Senior citizens and her Savior, Jesus Christ. Services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2011, 10:30 a.m. at Monterey Baptist Church, 12501 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Friends may visit one hour prior to service at Monterey Baptist Church.
