Betty Farmer (Hartmann) 67, passed on Sunday February 13, 2011, at Lovelace Hopsital. She was born in Phillips, WI to Roy and Doris Hartmann. Betty lived in Bernalillo for 35 years. She was the owner of J J's Cafe and most recently was employed by Santa Ana Star Casino as a cook in the buffet. In her retirement she enjoyed meeting with her friends to play bingo. She was preceded in death by her mother; father; two brothers, Gary and Ronnie; and two sisters, Shirley and DeeDee. She is survived by two sisters, Rita and Lucinda; and three brothers, Arnold, Richard and Jess; her four children Debra, Jody (Wayne), Elizabeth (Kenneth), and Joseph (Juli); seven grandchildren, Kraig (Victoria), Michelle, Samantha, Bobby, Gregory, James and Jordyn; and two great-grandchildren, Diana and Elizabeth. Per Betty's request cremation has taken place. There will be no services. The family is asking in lieu of flowers please make a donation to the charity of your choice or the American Heart Association.
