| Charles E. Mosher, 60, died peacefully at home, after a long illness, on Monday, January 31, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; step-daughter, Anjanette DiFranco; grandchildren, Ashland and Vincent; brother, Curry Mosher; and sister, Linda Mosher.
