Richard Dean Carlson, age 56, passed away on January 26, 2011 He was born on September 11, 1954 in Humboldt, Iowa to Marjorie and Dean Carlson. Richard (Rick) was preceded in death by his mother. Rick is survived by his two brothers, Charles Carlson of Albuquerque, niece Jennifer and nephew Robert, Doug Carlson and wife Jacquie of Clovis, California; sister Jamie Jaynes of Sioux City, Iowa; niece Allison; and nephew Jarrid.
