Logie Perea, 84, a resident of Belen, NM, passed away on January 29, 2011, at home with her family at her side. Mrs. Perea is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Baca and husband, Arsenio; her grandchildren, Denise Carrillo and husband, Moises, Rebecca Borunda and husband, Don, Julie Wood and husband, Shawn, Brian, Rachel, Desi, and DJ Perea; her great grandchildren, Mathew, and Ashlee Carrillo, Justin, Caitlin, and Kellie Borunda, Trenton and Laci Wood, and Kaleigh Perea; and her brother, Henry P. Gabaldon; and many brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Logie was preceded in death by her parents, Liberato and Elena Gabaldon; and her husband, Dennis Perea. Visitation will be Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, with a Communion Service at 11:00 a.m., Deacon Beare, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Carrillo, Justin Borunda, Desi Perea, D.J. Perea, Brian Perea, and Eloy Padilla.
