Jeffrey Allen Wemple, 47, passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2011. He received a Mechanical Engineering Degree from New Mexico State University in 1985 and was a valued employee of Ktech Corp. for twenty-two years with additional responsibilities at Sandia National Labs. He married the love of his life, Vicki Kerr, on October 6, 1990, and they were active members of Mountain Christian Church where they raised Nathan, 15, and Madison, 12, to be faithful servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. His parents, Bob and Nancy Wemple, survive him as does Vicki's dad, Tod Kerr, and her mother and stepfather, Gail and Bruce Ellsworth. Jeff enjoyed volleyball, Little League coaching, race cars, family activities and vacations, building their guest house, main house and barn. He and Vicki also helped his parents build a mountain cabin. He will be missed by many. A celebration of his life will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 27, 2011 at French ~ Lomas Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be left in the care of French Mortuary until an account for Jeff's children is established.
