Robert Anthony Chavez, age 57, formerly of Albuquerque, passed away in Tucson, AZ on Thursday, January 6, 2011. He is survived by his daughter, Delora (Bejay) Cole; three grandchildren, Breana, Christopher, and Joseph; his parents, Perfecto and Candie Chavez; three brothers, Orlando, Edward (Tony) of Long Beach, CA, and Raymond (Cathy) Chavez; two half-sisters, Loretta (Ignacio) Perez and Janet (Allen) Gonzalez; his girlfriend, Emily Naranjo, all of Albuquerque; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Robert worked as a telecommunications technician at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ. There will be a Memorial Service and Rosary Service at French Mortuary ~ University on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to classrooms in need at www.donorschoose.org/RobertAnthonyChavez or the Robert Anthony Chavez Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank..
