Anita Catherine Brewster (Allen) was born on September 28, 1962 in Freeport, NY. Anita learned to groom dogs while living in Albuquerque, NM. In 1993 she and her family moved to Loveland, CO. There Anita owned Brewster's Bubbles, a grooming business. In 2008, she returned to Albuquerque, NM where she spent her final days. On January 13, 2011 she joined her mother Jane and father Richard in heaven. She is survived by her son Anthony; daughter Valerie; and their father Todd; by her siblings, Peg, Liz, and Rick; nieces, Jane and Jo, as well as many loving friends. Services will be held in Albuquerque at Salazar and Son's Mortuary at 400 3rd St. SW on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The family requests donations to the American Melanoma Foundation in lieu of flowers.
