Fred R. Whipple, 80, went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Betty, of 59 years; Kathy Moss and husband Aaron, Virgil Whipple, Karen Sanchez and husband Ray, and Kelly Willems and husband John; Fred is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren whom he adored. A Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 at French ~ Lomas Chapel.
