Angelo Augustine Vedda, 81, of Tucson, AZ and formerly of Albuquerque, NM and Cleveland, OH, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2010 in Tucson. Angelo was born November 14, 1929 in Cleveland Ohio to the late Joseph Vedda and Rose Campagna Vedda. He was also preceded in death by his first wife and love of his life, Hattie (Tucker); also two brothers, Angelino and Joseph. Survivors include wife Sally, of Tucson, AZ; daughter Roz of Phoenix, AZ; and sons, Joseph, Michael and Anthony of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX along with their respective spouses Julie, Valerie, Teri and Greg. Angelo was a kind and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, cousin, uncle and friend. A memorial service will be held at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery Chapel on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Angelo's name to the Casa de la Luz Hospice Foundation, 400 West Magee Road, Tucson, AZ 85704.
