Trinidad Pacheco, 89, a lifetime resident of Alameda, passed away on January 7, 2011. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by son, Robert Pacheco and wife Linda; daughters, Mary Lou Pacheco and Patricia Salgado all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Jake and wife Tasha, Vanessa, Damian, Issac and Marcello; great-grandchildren, Quinn, Alyssa, Yasmin, Alexia and Mario. Mr. Pacheco was preceded in death by his wife, Dina in 2006. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the US Army. Rosary will be recited, Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 4th Street NW, Monday, January 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
