Margaret Elizabeth Brown, 89, died on Monday, January 3, 2011 in Albuquerque, where she lived since 2006. She is survived by her three daughters, Roberta Krehbiel and husband Phil, of Albuquerque, Sharyn Davidson and husband, Bill of Sandia Park, Mary Lynne Leslie and husband, James of Santa Barbara, CA; Margaret had five grandchildren, Sara Krehbiel Bonnell (husband, Ted), Ana Davidson (husband, Marcus Hamilton) both from Albuquerque, John Krehbiel of Paris, France, and Collin and Nicolette Leslie of Santa Barbara; She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Thomas and Sophia Bonnell. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John Wayne Brown, on July 8, 2006 in Ridgecrest, CA, where they lived for 46 years and where she worked at the Naval Ordinance Testing Center (China Lake). Her cremated remains will be placed at Desert Memorial Park in Ridgecrest, where a private family gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate her life.
