Henrietta Bebber Loy DEVOTION TO EXCELLENCE describes the life of Henrietta "Dolly" Loy, 92, who died October 17, 2010, at home. As an APS middle-school teacher and central office administrator, Henrietta guided students and aspiring teachers alike to do their very best. Those same students and teachers continue to credit her with changing their lives and focusing their goals. Services are planned for Monday, December 20th. A rosary will be held at Our Lady of Annunciation Church, 2621 Vermont St NE, at 8:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 8:30. Reception will follow in the parish hall.
