Katherine Mary Ballard, Our beloved Kate passed away on September 18, 2010 in Tucson, Arizona. She was born in Menomonee Falls, WI to David Kirby and Patricia (Bergman) Kirby on May 22, 1962. Kate is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth and Casey McNulty; sisters, Mary Brown, Joan Kirby-Hromas, Elizabeth Torpy and husband Brent, Mary Kay English and husband Mark; brother Michael Kirby and wife Lisa; along with many wonderful aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank her Raytheon family for their outpouring of support and prayers, Tucson Oncology Associates for their professional yet personal attention and Tucson Medical Center's Hospice-- "Peppi's House" for their loving care and support. As requested, her life will be celebrated with a private family memorial service to be held at a later date.
