Geraldine B. Tietjen, 79, a resident of Albuquerque since 1999, died October 17, 2010. She is survived by her spouse, Gary Tietjen of Albuquerque; children, Garth Tietjen and wife, Teresa of Los Alamos, NM, Lauretta Tietjen of Phoenix, AZ and Leah Tietjen of Los Alamos, NM; grandchildren, Kelcey Tietjen and wife, Laura, Mason Tietjen, Broudon Tietjen, and Logan Tietjen, all of Los Alamos, NM; sisters, Alice Nicoll of Eagar, AZ, Glenna Crosby of Salt Lake City, UT; Marge Roberts of Van Alstyne, TX, Ann Nelson of North Richland Hills, TX, Barbara Grenko of Perry, UT, Carolyn Wolfe of Farmington, NM; and brother, Dean Bond of Ramah, NM. Geraldine was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a seamstress, quilter, secretary, author, historian, canner, baker, missionary, friend, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her funeral will be held Friday, October 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at the San Victorio Chapel, 11750 San Victorio Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will follow at Ramah, NM at 2:00 the same day. Pallbearers will be Kelcey Tietjen, Mason Tietjen, Broudon Tietjen, Kevin Grenko, Gary Crosby, Jeff Bond, Larry Nicoll, and Marty Wolfe; Honorary pallbearers will be Logan Tietjen, Kenny Grenko, Keith Nicoll, Joe Roberts, Dennis Nelson, and Tom Wright.
