Marvin James Bjornberg, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, died October 13, 2010 after a brief illness. He was born in Fargo, ND on May 6, 1919 to Theodore Samuel and Anna Vilen Bjornberg, one of seven children. Marvin served in the US Navy during WWII at 6th Fleet Headquarters. He enjoyed playing tennis with his friends. He was an avid Minnesota Viking fan. Marvin is survived by his wife of 67 years, Marvis; three sons, Ron, Chris, Rick and wife, Beverly. Services will be held Thursday, October 21, 2010, 11:30 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at the family home.
