Ruthe Lynn Vandewart born May 23, 1946 in Roswell, New Mexico, died on August 25, 2010 in her home after an extended illness. She is survived by her partner Edwin Barsis; her sons, Mike Jones and Jake Jones; her daughters-in-law Celina Jones and Heather Jones; her sister Sue Romero; her brother Rick Vandewart; her sister-in-law Tip Vandewart; and four grandchildren Michaela, Mariel, Francesca and Silas. Ruthe will be missed by family and friends. At her request, there will not be a funeral or service. A private remembrance will be observed by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to a charity of your choice.
