Lupe G. Sandoval, beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Andres Sandoval Jr., in March of 2010. She is survived by daughters, Gloria Hornbecker and husband, Don of Farmington, NM, Rosie, Angela, and Elena Sandoval, all of Albuquerque; son, Andres Sandoval III and wife, Mary Rodriguez of Corrales, NM; three grandchildren, Amy and David Baack, and Peter Hornbecker; nieces, nephews and friends. She was gentle, kind, loving, devoted, and generous and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, 7:00 p.m., at French - University Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE. Pallbearers will be Andres Sandoval III, Don Hornbecker, Peter Hornbecker, Amy Baack, David Baack, and Frank E. Gallegos. Honorary Pallbearers will be Carl Bonilla, Frank Gallegos, and John Gonzales.
