Angela H. Garcia (Caffo), was born November 3, 1916 in Kelly, NM, died peacefully on Saturday, August 14, 2010. She was a resident of New Mexico for 93 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ernest; and her parents, Biaggio and Isabel Caffo. Angela is survived by her daughter, Christine and husband, Tom Coyle; sons, Raymond Garcia and wife, Christine, and Michael Garcia and wife, Joan; eight grandchildren; and six great - grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and large number of friends. Angela has been a matriarch, caregiver and homemaker for her family. She was also well known in downtown Albuquerque as the beautiful woman with white hair who worked for years at Levines Department Store. A memorial rosary and mass will be held Friday, August 20, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Gregory Coyle, Angela and husband, Andrew Fontanez, Timothy Coyle, Sherri Garcia, Raymond Garcia II, Crystal and husband, Robert Blahah, Andrew Garcia, and Matthew and wife, Linda Garcia.
