William "Bill" C. Walters, 64, of Rock Springs, WY died July 28, 2010 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born May 28, 1946 in Detroit, MI, the son of Jack D. and Gertrude Kross. He married Lorann Walters on December 1986 in Toledo, OH. They were later divorced. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include his daughter Jessica King of Kansas City, MO; stepsons, Adam Rodriquez and Jeff Rodriquez both of Toledo, and Paul J. Rodriquez of Asheville, NC; six brothers and seven sisters; grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren and Noah King. Cremation has take place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs, WY.
