Alvin C. Krause, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elfrieda E. Krause; daughters, Carol Brees, Kathryn Fiolkoski, both of Albuquerque, and Julie Walker and husband, Bryan of Minco, OK; grandchildren, Shane Fiolkoski, Michael Brees, David Lord, and Morgan Zumbrink; and great-grandchildren, JoLynn VanderSys, Cameron Lord, Ravin Zumbrink-Liljegren, Kaylee Lord, and Trysten Roland. He was preceded in death by daughter, Beverly Jo Zumbrink; and grandson, Jason Fiolkoski. Alvin was a very loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed being outdoors. Memorial services will be held Thursday, August 12, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at Paradise Hills United Methodist Church, 4700 Paradise Hills NW.
