Todd S. Chapman, 48, beloved son of Howard and Beverly Chapman passed away on July 28, 2010; Other survivors include a brother David Chapman; sister Wendy Parish; brother-in-law Brad Parish; nephews, Jacob and Shane; and niece Chelsie. The family wishes to express appreciation to their friends for their support and kindness. Private services will be held.
