Obituary for SIEGLER

Milton H. Siegler, 85, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Ruth L. Siegler; step-children, Carl Shearer and wife, Sheila, and Joanne Pagni and husband, Frank; two step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Boswell of St. Louis; several nieces and nephews; and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Emma Siegler; and half-brother, Theodore Burger. Milton was born in St. Louis and attended school there. He then entered the U.S. Navy during WWII and served for eight years. Milton worked in various machine shops in St. Louis. In 1958, he came to Albuquerque to work for ACF, and in 1967 he went to work for General Electric until his retirement in 1985. He was a member of the International Aerospace Machinists. Milton resided in Albuquerque until 2007, when he and Ruth moved to Rio Rancho. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 30, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at Fairwinds Retirement Homes, 920 Riverview Drive SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
