Cecilia Lucero Sanchez. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend went home peacefully into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father and received her glorious crown of jewels on Saturday, July 17, 2010. A native New Mexican she was born on February 13, 1924. Predeceased by mother, Anita Sanchez Lucero; brother, Ambrosio Lucero; father, Damacio Lucero; sister, Rafaelita Lucero Garcia; and brother, Leopoldo Lucero. Lovingly survived by her husband of 39 years, Teodosio Sanchez; daughters, MariAnne and husband, Manny, Patricia and husband, Steven; sons, Robert and wife, Cindy, Martin and Rodney; grandchildren,Cecilia, Nicole, Lauren, Robert II, Levi, Fabian, Chayton, Catrina and Adrianna; several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who knew her as a woman with a warm sense of humor and a love of outdoors and adventure. A woman of loyal and devoted love of family and friends whose many lives she touched with her strong and deep-seated faith. To celebrate her life, her family will have a memorial service on July 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Church, 7201 Central Ave. SW.
