Ernesto "Ernie" G. Lucero lost his battle with a debilitating cancer on July 10, 2010 at the age of 67. All services for Ernie will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Peralta beginning with a viewing on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Rosary 7:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Sipio Salas on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment with military honors will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
