Edna L Metzgar Pederson was called to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the age of 74. She is survived by her loving husband Daniel Pederson. She was preceded in death by her parents, A. Lincoln Sr. and Eliza Metzgar; her sister Gladys; and her brother, A. Lincoln Metzgar Jr. She is survived by her sisters, Mabel Otero and husband Richard; Irene Schulte, Lucy Lopez and sister-in-law, Eleanor Metzgar. As well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. Edna worked at Transamerica Insurance, and retired from Sandia National Laboratory's Medical department after 20 years of service. A special thanks to Jayne Montplaisir, RN from Presbyterian Hospice of Albuquerque. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, July 1, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Mausoleum Chapel. The pallbearers will be Rick Otero, Michael Otero, Carl Otero, Michael Lopez, Aaron Lopez, and Nathan Lentz. Honorary Pallbearers will be Susan Montoya and Roxanne Lentz.
