Obituary for FIELDS

Natalie Fields passed away June 24, 2010 at her extended care hospital in Beloit, KS where she had made her home for the past several years. Her husband, Roscoe Conner Fields, Jr., passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2010 at his home in Independence, MO. Mrs. Fields was born April 8, 1924 to Agustin Bernadette and Maria Navarro Bernadette. She graduated from Albuquerque High School, and lived here until moving to Sacramento and Aurora, CO. Natalie is survived by two sons, Terrence Fields of Denver, and Roscoe Fields, III (Dr. Barbara) of Kanasa City, MO. She also leaves to cherish her memory three grandchildren, Dr. January Fields (Brendan Meehan), Dr. Alexander Silvius (Dr. Megan Hart), Sara Brackett (Aaron); and six great-grandchildren, Blake, Colleen, Matty, Susie, Claire, and Brody; she leaves one brother, Hugo Bernadette; and two sisters, Cecelia Bernadette Minor and Delores Bernadette Wilson all of Albuquerque, NM. Mrs. Fields loved her family, reading, her numerous companion pets, and the Southwest Region of the United States. She was especially proud of her Basque ancestry. Mrs. Fields was of the Catholic faith. Mass of Christian Burial will be in Beloit, KS, at a future date, with inurnment near her parents in Mount Calvary near the St. Bernadette Chapel, Albuquerque, NM.
