Josephine M. Medley, 92, resident of Albuquerque since 1966, passed away on June 18, 2010. She is survived by her children, JoAnne Medley, James Medley and wife Kathy, Tony Medley and wife Kathy, Mary Beaumont and husband David; grandchildren, Patricia Lamb and husband Michael, Michael Medley and wife Jolyn, Jennifer Barrios and husband Dominic, Meghan Miller; Bodie Medley and wife Jackie, Steve Beaumont and Erin Beaumont; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Jeff Smith. Josephine was employed in Gallup and in Albuquerque with the BIA before retiring in 1983. Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Hospice De La Luz, especially Lucas, Christina, and Rev. Fergus Smith, and the loving staff at Tender Heart Assisted Living. Funeral service will be held at French, Lomas location, on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with burial following at Fairview Cemetery.
