Carlos Baca, Sr., 92, of Bernalillo, died peacefully at home on June 2, 2010. He was preceded in death by his son, Leroy, who died in 2004. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Inez; sons, Carlos, Jr. (wife Connie died in 2007) and Martin (Cecile); daughters, Dolores (husband, Sigfredo Baca, Jr. died in 2009), Lillian (John McDonald), Frances (Julia Anongos), Christine (Martin Bartoli) and Mary Ann Baca; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, June 12, 2010 with Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. followed by burial at the church cemetery.
