Dorothy Lee Lockhart, age 82, the beloved mother of Lisa L. Hada and David D. Lockhart, passed away on June 3, 2010 after a short illness. Dorothy was the daughter of Hillis and Irene Phelps and the oldest sister of Ruth Williamson and Betty Hall, who preceded her in death. Dorothy was born in Grantsburg, IL, raised in Harvey IL, and lived most of her adulthood in Chicago, IL where she was a Commercial Artist. She was an active member of the Rogers Park community, and served on many boards including the PTA. Until recently, Dorothy was active in the Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago for many years. She as worked there as an Administrator, was a past President, and was the Historian for the group. In 2005, Dorothy fulfilled a long-time dream and moved to New Mexico.
