Martha Lane Root Brink, 94, passed away June 2, 2010 from natural causes in her home. She was born to Francis S. Root and Florence M. Lewis on June 2, 1916 in Fall River, MA and moved to Albuquerque in 1927. Martha is survived by her sons, Walter l. Brink (Debbie) and William Leo "Bo" Wells (Nikke); six grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held Sunday, June 6, 2010, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at French - University location. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010, 10:00 a.m., at the LSD Chapel, 8130 Sage Ave. SW, with interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd. SE.
