James L. Ruttler, 80, former resident of Albuquerque and who now resides in Bosque Farms, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ida; his children James Ruttler, Jr. and wife Anne, Doreen Parker and husband Mike, Tina Martin and husband Tim; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and his siblings Rosemary Zdunczyk, Sandra Waldron and Lawrence Ruttler. Mr. Ruttler served his country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict, and he enjoyed playing softball for most of his life. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010 at French Lomas Chapel. The service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at a later date at Santa Fe National Cemetery with military honors.
