Obituary for MARQUART

Lyman Wesley Marquart, age 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1964, died Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Casa Palo Duro. Lyman was born April 8, 1920 in Kingston, WI to Viley Arthur and Viola Marquart. He was the oldest of five children. He married Audean Elaine Schultz, November 25, 1945 in Fairwater, Wisconsin. Lyman is survived by his daughter, Colline Garcia and husband, Louis; two grandsons, Christopher L. Skubis and wife, Cynthia, and Marc M. Skubis and wife, Julie. Other survivors include two brothers, Lloyd Marquart and wife, Dolores and Ronnie Marquart and wife, Fran; his only sister, Janice Happe; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Audean; and one brother, Glenn Marquart. He dedicated his life as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was baptized September 29, 1984. Lyman was deeply loved by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 8904 Menaul Blvd. NE, Saturday, May 15, 2010, 3:00 p.m. Lyman's family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, phone calls and loving support at this most difficult time and would like to express a special thanks to the staff of Casa Palo Duro and Hospice De La Luz for their loving care of Lyman.
