Hope Elizabeth Morgan Kile passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at her residence. She was 54. There will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Holy Angels Catholic Church in San Angelo, Texas with Father Charles Greenwell officiating. Hope was born on July 24, 1955 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Thomas and Marion Morgan. She attended St. Pius X High School and then the New Mexico State University in Las Cruces where she received her Associate's degree in Business Administration. She then worked for Levi Strauss for a few years before moving to San Angelo in 1984. Her daughter Hannah was born in 1987. Hope enjoyed life. She was involved in the church festivals at Holy Angels. She was an avid collector of crosses and loved to read. Hope also liked to cook, as she was known for her green chili stew. She also liked to advise people on home decorating. Hope was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister Mary Hands. She is survived by her daughter Hannah Kile, of San Angelo; two brothers, Patrick Morgan and wife, Kay, of Denver, CO and Tom C. Morgan, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM; nephews Chris Morgan and John Morgan of Denver, CO and Jerry Hands of Santa Fe, NM; and nieces Monica Reedy of Albuquerque, NM and Angela Trinkle from California. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Mt. Carmel Hermitage Monastery in Christoval, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Home, San Angelo, TX.
