Richard Harvey Oxley Sr. Passed away on April 11, 2010. He was Born in Long Branch, New Jersey, resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, until his death. He is survived by brothers and sisters, Anne, Margaret, Joseph, Barrett; and children, Judith, Richard Jr., Sandra and Randy. Richard was an avid golfer and received an MBA in College after many years of night classes. His spirit was robust until his body surrendered to Parkinson's Disease. Donations to the Parkinson's foundation would be greatly appreciated. Richard will be missed.
