Elaine McPherson, 45, a resident of Tijeras lost a courageous battle against breast cancer on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, surrounded by her family and friends. Elaine is survived by her son Evan Thomas Patterson; her husband William A. Patterson; her parents Vaughn and Emily McPherson of NY; her siblings Sandra Crawford (David) of MD, Scott McPherson (Karen) of NC, Paul McPherson (Lisa) of NY; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be Friday, March 5, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at Mountain Christian Church, 12242 N Highway 14, Cedar Crest, NM. Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Christian Church in Elaine's memory.
