Floy Anderson Kilian of Albuquerque, New Mexico went home to be with the Lord on February 22, 2010. Floy was born in Caldwell, Kansas to Floyd C. and Bertha (Kleofkorn) Gillette. Most important to Floy was her faith in Jesus Christ. She was a member of Hoffmantown Baptist Church for over 25 years. Floy was preceded in death by her first husband, Sherburne P. Anderson; and her second husband Edward M. Kilian. Floy is survived by her children; stepchildren; and grandchildren. Floy graduated with a degree in music for the University of New Mexico. Floy was a member of many organizations over the years including Chi Omega sorority, Daughters of the Nile, Yucca Temple No. 74, and PEO Sisterhood. Floy's devotion to the Lord and knowing she has eternal life allowed her to have a peaceful passing to the next chapter of her life. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Hoffmantown Church, 8888 Harper Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. A private graveside service will be held later.
