Cindy LaVonne Jorden 51, a long time resident of San Diego, Ca. relocated back to Albuquerque to be with family, passed away Friday February 5th, 2010 to be with the Lord. She is survived by her mother Kate Cooke; her children, Elmer Cooke III, Brandon Jorden and Desiree Jorden; her brother and sisters: Robert Cooke and wife Lucia of Albuquerque, Sherwood Vickers and husband Steve of Rio Rancho, Madonna Bayham and husband Bob of Arizona, Brenda Sayles and husband Victor of Albuquerque, and Kim Long and husband Larry of Albuquerque; one grandchild Kloie; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Cindy was preceded in death by her father Elmer Cooke Sr. A Rosary will be recited by Loretta Romero at 10:00 a.m. followed by Mass recited by Deacon Charles Lucero on Monday February 15, 2010 at San Jose Parish 2401 Broadway SE, Albuquerque. Cindy will be laid to rest at San Clemente Cemetery Hwy 6 and Chavez Rd, Los Lunas. Cindy a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, cousin and friend will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
