Frances Emily Rhea, 86, passed away January 7, 2010. She was born in Carl Junction, Missouri on October 13, 1923. She grew up and attended school in Missouri and married Earl Mitchell Jr. in 1940. They had three children Larry, Mary Ann and Patsy. After moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1953, Frances worked at PNM as a customer service representative and a trainer. She is survived by son Larry Mitchell of Idaho and his son Brian and wife Euni and his daughter Gina and husband Jonathan; daughter Mary Ann Ames and husband Richard of Georgia and their daughter Celeste and husband Jeff and son Art and wife Tina and daughter Adelle and husband J.D; daughter Patsy Sue Boeglin and husband Randy and their son Eric and daughter Shelly and her husband Jason. Also, she is survived by nine great grandchildren. In 1976 Frances married Max Rhea and is also survived by his children: Don Michael Rhea and wife Peggy, Kathy Bullard and Melissa Tague and seven grandchildren from Texas. Francis is also survived by one sister, Frieda; one brother, Dale; and a very special, loving sister, Evelyn. Frances was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
