Obituary for LASUSKY

John Joseph Lasusky was born on June 24, 1930 to William and Anna Lasusky, from Shenandoah, Pennsylvania passed away at home in Albuquerque on January 21, 2010 surrounded by his entire family. He is being survived by his loving wife of 53 years Lore Lasusky and their children, John J. Lasusky Jr. and Donnella Hanks, David and Patrizia Lasusky, and Donna Kay Lasusky and Robert Haag. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Ryan and Cayte Lasusky, Jeremy Lasusky, Samantha Lasusky and Fiance Javier Baca, Jessica Steele, Tarzan Joseph Lasusky, and his great grandson Aiden Steele. Our father served in the Korean and Vietnam War as a Master Sergeant, retiring front the Army after 25 years of service. He then went on to serve as a Lieutenant with UNM Police and Director of the UNM Parking and Transportation department for 22 years. We would like to thank the staff of Hospice De La Luz for their loving care and the dignity they left our father with. Rosary will be recited Monday, January 25, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary located at 10500 Lomas Blvd NE Albuquerque, NM 87112.
